I'm a film industry professional with a penchant for storytelling and technology. My expertise encompasses the full lifecycle of a film, from funding, development and post-production to programming and distribution. I have insights and experience from both the music industry and the art world, and I've worked in film for a number of landmark NYC indies including The Orchard, Tribeca Film Institute and Miramax. With degrees from both NYU Tisch Film School and Columbia School of Arts (Film & Television), I've spent years collaborating with both commercial and indie filmmakers as a hands-on creative partner and as a finance and strategy advisor.

From the biggest media companies to high-growth tech startups, I've built my career identifying emerging opportunities and transforming creative work into scalable businesses. I love discovering people's obsessions and infatuations—this curiosity has carried me from film to podcasting and into the innovative world of sleep tech, where I've pioneered purpose-built content experiences that drive subscription and user engagement.
At Hatch, I've built a sleep-focused content subscription that features premium audio production, original IP, and a delightful, proprietary approach to bedtime across business lines for adults, babies and kids. By bridging audience insights, testing and learning, and leveraging my talent network, we've created habit-forming experiences that balance science and emotion.
Before my jump to a wellness startup, I transformed podcast strategy at SiriusXM and Stitcher, building and growing strategic talent partnerships with 6 of the 15 top-ranked podcasts in the U.S., while advocating for- and elevating new voices and innovation. I negotiated landmark deals with top tier talent; helped partners build successful networks around tentpole content; and engineered deal structures that balanced creative vision with business objectives—consistently delivering healthy margins across platforms.
My foundation in film at The Orchard (Sony) and Tribeca Film Institute taught me to balance creative vision with commercial strategy. Leading a team responsible for 2,000+ content providers across film, kids TV and sports – (which included multiple Oscar nominees in our prestige theatrical slate!) – I drove the groundbreaking Transparency 2.0 analytics platform that transformed creator relationships by providing unprecedented financial clarity in a rapidly evolving streaming landscape.
